Happy monday! Today I want to share my first week on my new A5 planner (I have a review here). It's still bare looking but I'm brainstorming and getting inspired by the wonderful planner community online. It's so exciting having a brand new planner :)
I have designed a vertical layout, similar to what I was using on my personal planner, and again, inspired by the ECLP boxes, in a pink ombré. I really enjoy having more room to section off my day.
For each week day I have 3 boxes and for the weekend I only have one. Due to the A5 size, it was not possible to include complete boxes for the weekend (the ECLP is wider), but this works perfectly fine for me, as the weekends are usually slower.
The top box is dedicated to random to-do lists or home/personal related things. The middle box, is for work and the bottom one is for meal planning/tracking. The checklists are actually stickers I made, but they leave some space above - I might use it to plan random little things OR I might re-do this layout and include a printed list just for the meals.
I left the box headers blank, since I was not sure about the planning categories I wanted but I might write them in, either on the actual printing file or by hand or just keep using the little header stickers. I'd love to try out some stamps, so if you guys have any recommendations, let me know :)
I love that this size allows more room for decorations, so I bust out the washis! I'm obsessed with these thin washi tapes from danika and with the pink ombré from lorabailora. I used some of the reset girl stickers for my planning day (Sunday), some flowers and diary stickers (both from here) and of course my own stickers - addicted to making them. I usually keep the extras left from printing and cutting. I'm still working on a blog post all about my favorite stationery resources, hopefully it will be up this week :)
August is my brithday month, so I'll have some tiny cellebrations with you guys - just keep an eye on my social media ;) I'm on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest.
Thank you so much for reading and have a great week,
~ ♡ V.
